The
Professional Pharmacy Technican Program
This concentrated 60-hour course is designed to teach students
the fundamentals and specifics of phamacy technician training.
It is geared towards all student, ranging from those with no prior
pharmacy experience to healthcare professionals who are interested in
strengthening their current skills. This class will introduce
students to various pharmacy practice settings and will intensively
cover drug classes, basic physiology, drug interactions, and daily
pharmacy operations.
All classes are taught by a licensed and practicing Registered
Pharmacist or Doctor of Pharmacy who brings real life experiences to
the classroom. A certificate is granted upon successful
completion and job placement is available. Students interested
in this course must possess a G.E.D. or high school diploma.
